Its a huge cheating site. I ordered a "beverly hills" polo club watch from this site. as I got the delivery of the watch I found it was not running. I complained to customer care which suggested me to go to nearest watch shop to repair the watch.
I was surprised to hear the response of customer care executive. I objected of his suggestion and told him that I haven’t even used this watch for an hour why should I go to repair shop? I want a replacement of it. He suggested me to send the watch back and if at all they receive the watch back they will consider my request of replacing it.
This particular website is cheating the people by luring them in the name of "India Today Group"..it’s a fraud.
