I bought a 3 nights 4 days vacation offer froom bagit today online sales website after continuous calls from their marketing executives.they got the payment from my credit cad over IVRS itself for Rs.3999 on 13th Nov 2013.Once they got the payment from me there is no response from them regarding the package.Not even a single person called me from bagittoday.com website and explained nothing.I called them over phone many times in their number 0120-2593990.The ring goes and connects after 2 min it cuts of silently, after 10-12 attempts a executive picks the phone and the only word he knows is SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED-WE WIL ADDRESS THE ISSUE TODAY-and cuts the phone-Again no response-I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO GO-I have sent many mails-No response-
