This is the worst ever online shopping site I have come across. They never care for the customer once he/she has made the payment. For them this customer is just a barking dog who cannot bite. Because he/she has already made the payment. Once they get the money in their account, they are least bothered about the customer.
I am narrating a series of events which took place in my case.
I ordered a hand bag from their website, after the payment was made and money got deducted from my bank account, their site displayed the message that the transaction has failed.
Next day when I spoke to their customer care executive he told that the transaction was successful and he gave me one booking id. I asked him to send an confirmation email on the same, which I have never received.
Even after 2-3 days of the order, I kept checking for the status it was showing in progress. I have sent a 2-3 emails to them on sending my order as early as possible, for which I got a reply after a weeks time. At the same time I used to get 2-3 emails from them mentioning some useless offers. But they don’t have time to respond to the customer
All their emails response are in fixed template format, which always says that we have forwarded your concern to the concerned department.
They they say that the order will be dispatched only after 7 working days (I assume that start manufacturing it once the customer orders for it.)
As this order was meant to go as a gift one an special occasion, I have ordered another bag from Jabong.com which was received in 2-3 working days.
So on 23rd March I have registered a request to cancel my order, but that also never happened. They told that I will get the money back in 5-7 working days. So I was waiting for my money to return to my account.
Now on 29th March I get a message from them mentioning that the material has been dispatched.
Then I have been trying to call their customer care which after taking my booking id always tells that there is some network problem sir please call us after some time.
So when I need the product they don’t give it to me and when I don’t need it they give it to me forcefully.
I would never recommend even worst of my enemies to buy product from Bagittoday.
I have lost Rs 1399 to them, so please dont loose the money and your peace of mind dealing with them.
