I WOULD SUGGEST NEVER TO BUY THINGS FROM BAG IT TODAY CAUSE YR HARD EARNED MONEY IS NOT AT ALL A BIG AMT(THIS WAS TOLD BY ON OF THE CUSTOMER CARE REP FROM BAG IT TODAY)
This is with regards to order id – 33842631 which was placed on 8/6/2014 for pajama combo 5 colored pajamas cost 999+99 shipping charges. Where they had called me on 12-06-2014 and told that there is no stock available and they will be refunding the amount, the same was conveyed through an email from retention@bagittoday.com.
After which on June 14th I get an email from them telling my product is been dispatched, I had sent an email back to them telling I don’t want the order as they confirmed me to refund for which I dint get any response and. On 18th Jun I have sent them an email to follow up about the re-fund which was again unanswered. After which I called up the customer care and asked as to y they are misguiding me for which the rep told that once I get the product through courier I should be sending it back and they will refund the amt. I did the same when I got the order on Thursday 19th June. I called the customer care again to check the status on Saturday 21st June 2014. That is when I lost my patience completely about the way the rep answered.
I told them that I will go to cyber crime if I do not get a proper response on my refund request for which the rep say "you are free to do whatever you want", so I asked them to connect me to their manager for which they say they that the managers will not talk to the customer. What a shame if the manager cannot answer the customer’s problem. I have shopped from many online sites and have never faced such a horrible experience ever.I wish I could rate this very poor.
