I am Suneel Sharma and bring this to your notice of the products that was sold to me by fraud by bagittoday. Order Number:33481745, dated 10/12/2013. I was got a called from some Sahil Arya from 01166668989( the number was from Bagittoday for a promotional offer which he said I won a jackpot on behalf of my previous purchase of tour package, order number:33481601. He said I am one of the lucky people who they are offering the diamonds worth rs 30000/- absolutely free and along with I would get the following stuff free:- 1- Diamonds worth 30, 000(as mentioned above) 2- one amberene tablet. 3- watch pair- 4. duffle Bag 5- Maxima Combo watch etc. wherein I would get an assured gift from Samsung S3, Panasonic lcd, hyundai EON Car etc. He said these things will be absolutely free to you by bagittoday so that I can promote them in my living state Rajasthan.
He said as per the government rules I would need to show a payment of 16199 Rs by me which will be refunded to me in a week’s time along with the products. He told we are freezing this amount only for one week.When I asked what is the proof that I will be refunded, he confirmed that there call is getting recorded for everyone and they are a genuine company a sister concern of Indiatoday group, AAJTAK group. She asked me to check through online the website https://bagittoday.com/faces/bcode/5355/index.jsp, for any details and he guided me to the payment screen and made me pay rs which he assured will be refunded to me .
He said that I would get a verification call and a confirmation call in a while. In the meanwhile I checked the internet to check whether any such offer do exist or not, I was shocked to see the reviews, there were numerous instances stated by people where they were cheated by bagitoday team in the name of such promotional offers. When I got a verification call from another agent called Abhindan, he said there will be no refund of your money which I objected as I was promised for a refund by the sales agent(sahil arya) and I declined the offer.
Then I tried reaching sahil arya but couldn’t reach the number, then I got a call from Sahil Arya senior Aryan Oberoi after sometime as I declined the offer in the verification call, I said I don’t want to continue with the offer as the person in the verification call didn’t confirm the refund to me, then he said the verification call does not confirm the refund as the call gets recorded under government supervision & For RBI and asked me to just agree when they confirm about the non-refund of the money and he promised to arrange a second confirmation call to explain the refund process to me the moment I am done with the verification call. So I agreed on the verification call about the non-refund as discussed with Aryan oberoi/sahil arya and post that there was no confirmation call or any information of the refund .I have also call recording of last call in which they clearly insisting me to refund my amount.
Now I read many review as many people like me cheated by then & there is no refund of jackpot money 16199 rs.Now they are denying to cancel my order.I just want to cancel my order before receiving my parcel & want to get refund of my amount. This is my hard earned amount.
