I have ordered for a Calvin Klein’s Elegant Steel Strap Watch Men’s on 28 July and got delivered today 3 Aug. When I opened the cardboard box the packaging fell apart and you can make it out that its fake packaging, I still checked the watch and found no quality you would expect from a 10000 watch. While I was skeptical and doubtful how anyone could give 81% discount, my cousin said its India today group and should be OK.
I immediately called the customer care and informed them, they mentioned in 2-7 working days someone would reach out to me. I asked him I don’t want the watch and want to send it back he pushed saying someone would revert. He also said check in CK showroom if you want! Am I blind? I have more than 10 expensive watches
with me and the quality of this is no where near to a 10k watch.
My humble request to stay away from this website and believe those who let you look at it and then pay. Hoping that they will refund my money as even if its original I am not satisfied with the quality and finish.
