Hopeless service of Bagittoday. We placed an order no ref:33381295.
First of all the product delivered was completely different from what was shown. They asked us to return the product after repeated calls and mails.
Then they did not reimburse the courier charges in the store credit. Now also we are dealing with the customer care and calls and mails have no response.
Total waste of time and money. Instead of customer retention they have customer harassment policy I guess.
