I ordered an ipad cover from this website but it was defective. threads were falling out of it and in very bad condition. I called Bagit for refund and they said they can only give store credit. Having no choice I agreed.
Once the store credit was given, I went and made a purchase. I applied Store credit and the amount reflected the store credit being applied.
However once I made the credit card payment, the whole payment was applied with my card(store credit suddenly wasnt used).
I called the customer service and they were rude. They agreed that it was thr website fault but will not adjust my store credit.They are asking me to make another purchase.
Its a vicious circle where they are just eating consumer money in name of store credit but not appling the same to the transaction.
Can someone help how this can be resolved.
