Order # 33750301 Harassing Me Since Last Month

This is the complain about bagittoday website.They are harassing me since last month. I have talked to many time your customer care executive(Ashish, rajiv, raju, nisha etc.) and senior supervisor(Ashish Goel, Roopak Sharma) and register the complain #(1472106) and conversation#( 1490154, 1502261) regarding my order. they are making me fool every time.


This is to inform you that I had purchased a order id#33750301 from your site on 3rd april 2014 worth rs 3284.00.The payment was done at the time of ordering itself and the due date for the delivery was mentioned between 2-7 days.


Once the due date passed, on confirming the status I rang up your customer care center and to my surprise I got the information that the product was out of stock and it will take another few days for the product to reach me.


However, this was just the beginning of harassment from your company as till now, I hav’nt received the product. Your site has given me numerous excuses like address mismatch, out of stock etc.


I have few queries regarding which I expect an answer from you




  1. If the product was out of stock, how can you give a tentative delivery date as well as showing it available rather than out of stock on your website?




  2. The address mismatch excuse is extremely annoying I have had no problems with other orders that I make online




  3. On the third time I called, I got the information that the product is available and will be delivered in 2-3 days. But the order was not delivered yet again.




  4. Also, last time I enquired about the status, I was told by your executive that I can now take another product from your website using last payment as credit as the bag is still not available but your site is not ready to return my money






This is extreme nuisance as being a shopping company, your main concern should be customer satisfaction rather than giving unwanted excuses.


If you are still not able to deliver my order then I have no other option but to file a consumer court case against you since these types of experiences totally spoil online shopping as well as need to pointed out in public domain.
