Bagittoday company has many sales representatives and managers who are well trained about how to cheat customers with FAKE PROMISES like:
(1) Premium membership: You can get 50% cash back/refund/discount on all orders for life time as premium member.
(2) Diamond resale certificates/carrot conversion.
(3) Confirmed cash prizes like 3L, 5L, 10L, 20L etc.
After doing payment for the first time, we will enter into the trap like PadmaVyuha. We can never come back from it. They will keep on calling us and force us to do further transactions by telling "This is the last transaction. If you don’t purchase, your file will be closed and you will not get any said benefits." So, you will be scared and go on with purchase by arranging money or credit card. But, you will never receive any said benefits.
This is a never ending procedure. At one time, you will have to give up, and that’s the end of the story. By that time you will lose lots of money and will lose hope on your life. You will have all scrap/out of date/used products in return to your hard earned money. If you give complaint to customer care, they will simply tell "Sorry to hear that you lost money. We can’t help you in this regard." They are all Bagittoday employees and Bagittoday is paying salaries and commissions on the sales done by them, still they don’t know what is going on.
They have records of all calls, but they won’t reveal them because they will be in trouble if they reveal those call records. If this happens once or twice, they may have no idea. But the same cheating process is happening since many years, still they say that they do not know about this. This is not the end. You will get some other issues as well.
Bagittoday sells the customer info like email, phone numbers, transaction history including how much money spent, IP addresses of the machines from which order is placed, etc. to other companies. They all start calling you that Baggittoday has arranged cash prize for you as you have spent lot of money in their site.
From then onwards, new trap starts. They will ask us to buy products/deals/insurance policies in their site as security deposit/taxes to release funds from Bagittoday. There are many sites/companies in India who are cheating customers like this.
