These people are the fraudsters of highest order. I had purchased one coupon worth 7000 claiming 8D/7N of accommodation at 3 to 5 star category hotels worldwide..On availing the deal, it was told that I can ask for a cancellation within 10 days if I am not satisfied.
To my utmost horror, after availing the deal, these people shared the list of hotels which is not even worth 1 star, major holiday destinations like Singapore/Dubai are excluded. On contacting them back on this after at least 100 calls as their call center is absolutely screwed up, they are saying that the deal is no refundable. Over this, they do not reply to my mails/calls and have the audacity to say that we don’t care to refund the money and you have the voucher, take it or leave it.
The call center person talk like someone hired straight from the slums and do not have any manners. This company is not at all recommended for any deal. They promise u a rosy picture at the time of selling something and once you are fallen in their trap, you are no more important to them. Liars of highest order. Kindly refrain from dealing even for a single paisa.
