Vijay’ has completely taken the movie on his shoulders and he has rocked with his mass screen presence, dialogue delivery, style & fight sequences .’Keerthy Suresh’ has given a proper role and she comes throughout the movie, she should be appreciated for speaking the’Nellai’ slang perfectly .Sathish’s comedy here and there were quite enjoyable . The plot which director’Bharhathan’ has taken is a good one which also has a social angle .His dialogues were very powerful almost in all the scenes . Daniel Balaji’s characterization was strong and combo scene in a tea shop with the main star in the 2nd half was superb . Santhosh Narayanan’s songs were decent and his background music plays its part very well & boosts up the mass portions . Sukumar’s cinematography was great and his camera angles made few shots racy . Editor Praveen.K.L’s cuts were fine . ANL Arasu’s stunts were impressive despite of being cinematic, the cricket match fight and the interval block ones were enjoyable .’Nillayo’ &’Pa Pa’ song visuals were nice
