I placed an order on 19th of October and it is 4th November today. I have not even received a message from these guys. It is only me who called them 4 times to check the status of my order. On first day they told me that order will be shipped tomorrow. When I did not hear from them for 4-5 days, I again called them and they told me order has been scheduled to be sent on 3rd of November. They decided to delay it for 14 days without bothering to inform me.
And they are not done yet, no email or message on 3rd November also. Today on 4th I called them and they are telling me this order should have been dispatched last week so not sure why we did not dispatch it. "Give us time till evening to find out". Just to find out why order was not shipped they need 6 hours, now imagine how much time they will take to ship it.
Stay away from these guys, no proper service and support in place, no way to cancel order online and get the refund. They sit on our money and forget about products. If I do not get my order soon I will have to register a complaint against them.
