Order No. 321877. Issue: I have order Casio Piano PX560 along 9 other products on 30th April, however I have received Artesia piano on 7th May, and after notifying to customer care team (Mr. Ronit) on same day. I haven’t see my correct order is shipped. I would like to escalate this casual attitude of incorrect shipment and not sending my product on time to me. Please note I have sent back the wrong product sent by your team. However my is still getting wasted. Is there any senior official out there in Bajaao.com who is interested to look into such issue. Please don’t expect that customer care team would get back, as they never call back for any service request. They only call back for sending new invoice.
