I had bought a 3-pack of Behringer guitar effect pedals - Overdrive, Multi-FX, and Digital Delay. After about 5-6 days delay, I received the shipment, only to find the Digital Delay was replaced by a Vintage Delay, which means I couldnt set the timing of the delay. A Vintage delay has a fixed rate of echo, the timing of which you cannot adjust.
On top of that the multi-FX pedal was dysfunctional. It was faulty and didnt function at all. So, all in all out of the three pedals, I was left with only one - Overdrive - which I could use. Its been two years and the pedal is still functional, but what about the two others which I cant use?
The sad part was I immediately went out of state as soon as I got the shipment, so I didnt get time to check the products. I checked them out after about a month and found out that two of the pedals are literally useless. So I called their Cust. Care but since I had exceeded the number of days within which a return is possible, they wouldnt let me return it.
This has been an utterly disappointing experience.
In yet another instance, my bandmate had ordered a Behringer Podcast Bundle last year. The delivery had been delayed by over 2 weeks and my bandmate tried calling their customer care several times. Each time they would say the product was in testing and that it would be dispatched in under a weeks time. So after about a month or more, when he called and asked, they said his order has been cancelled and that hed get his refund in sometime. He got the refund in 7-10 days, but they literally wasted our time.
After these two experiences, weve decided were never purchasing anything from Bajaao ever again.
