At first I was skeptical about buying online but then I took a leap of faith and I am glad I did! the people at Bajaao are extremely helpful and I cant say enough good things about the management. I can assure everyone else that Bajaao is the way to go when it comes to purchasing online music-related equipment. I did a whole lot of research before buying from Bajaao.com.
I checked prices on other websites like Ebay and Amazon, calculated the custom duties and taxes, shipping charges etc. & considered all possibilities of getting my products from my local dealer. I was very sure about the products I wanted to buy and my local dealers simply tried to convince me those products were bad (just because they did not have them in stock).
Contacted three online stores, the only ones who replied on time consistently were Bajaao , and the interaction with customer support was good and they came across as knowledgeable and unbiased.
Also, Bajaao’s price & policy was the best. These cats from Bombay city managed to deliver everything I ordered within 17 days to Assam ( they took some time in procuring the goods from their partnered warehouses but it was worth the wait especially as they had promised delivery in 3 weeks, so everything arrived ahead of schedule).
I bought a Focusrite recording console, a Rode condensor mic, a DI Box, AKG headphones, cables etc. Everything was Brand new, and in good condition. Thumbs up and I will buy again.
