Hi,


So I have until now ordered about 2.5lac worth items in 6 different consignments, 3 high-end guitar amps, a pair of high-end studio monitors, etc, . Of the Lot, 4 of then had issues with them!


one of the Amps grill was badly damaged and the power chord was broken, power chord was no biggie for me, and since it was only the grill, I decided to let go, they told me they would replace the power chord once its shipped back to them.


then one more amp was not working at all! when I got back to them with great difficulty(which I will explain later) they said that they were getting the products from FURTADOSONLINE  and it must be their fault or FedEx’s fault, either way me being the customer am suffering, I was  very desperate for one an amp, and my money was stuck there, they had already delayed delivering the spoilt amp by a month, saying it was taking them time procuring it! so I adjusted with the scene and went in for another model which they had stock of, and after paying more for this one placed an order, hoping I should receive it in a weeks time. of-course I received it in a week, but that too was damaged!


and thats not the end, every-time I made a payment on-line, I have a right to payment confirmation right? they are huge numbers im transferring I need to know whether it had reached them, but no! I had to run behind them just to know whether they have received my payment!


even when I shipped the product back to them, I could only get in touch about to weeks later to know if the shipment had reached them! what nonsense is this? Y should I be at the mercy of these thugs? as I said, and I feel im not emphasising on it much, THEY ARE NOT DOING ME A FAVOUR!


the sales team is so proactive, very commendable! but the after sales is equally idiotic or maybe non-existent! the number of times ive tried to reach them via phone through the IVR, the after sales doesnt get connected, but the sales dept, its an open line there! so Obviously there are only two ways to this, 1. they are selling so many fraudulent products that their after sales is occupied so much, or 2. it is just there for namesake and have no interest in serving ppl what they had promised! see like I said earlier thats not something that they should offer as a favour to us, its our right especially when the product they shipped isnt working!


and so when I wrote to the sales queue to complain about the product, I got a call from bajaao the next day while I was riding, I missed it(its not like I had a dream that people from Her Majesty’s service are going to call me), I get a email saying "We tried calling you, but our call went unanswered" what nonsense? yes I missed their call, but dont you think there would a better way to put it?


And the power chord that they said they would replace, hasnt yet come! and the formalities to send it back! yikes! we apparently have to sign some form that has the same details that are on the invoice and also send them a copy of the invoice, without which they threaten saying the reimbursement/replacement process wont start! all this for a product they shipped that wasnt working!


so I think ppl will be better off at local music stores than these online thugs!


anyway, since I decided to keep the  replacement amp which was again broken because I desperatlet need it for my studio and gigs, I sent them a mail asking them to cancel the pickup, and also said that that would be my last order with Bajaao! and they did what they are best at, DINT REPLY!
