Poor Customer Service -Dont reply to your mails

Recently they have migrated to a new website and they have not moved my reward points to their new website. I’ve sent many mails but either they say the points are moved or they don’t reply my mails.


Also earlier when I earlier booked the guitar when I didnt get any notification for delivery I asked them about the delivery status. They told that the stock is out and I’ve to choose another guitar. Pathetic customer service.
