GThe 24x7 Spot Assistance provided by Bajaj Allianz is a farce to attract customers to buy their policy. I writing this review after facing 3 Bitter experiences. In all the instances the assistance failed to show up for an hour. I had do make my own arrangements.
Later when they called up for feedback I informed them about the failure of technician to show up, they assured me that I would be reimbursed for it and its 2months since then and yet to recv anything even on mail. Today again I requested for roadside assistance and it is almost 2 hours and nobody has tuned up yet. But today I’m not making my own arrangement and would like to see if they ever turn up.
