This is to bring to your notice the below series of incidences wherein I have faced the worst level of service.
I have been following up with Bajaj Allianz Car Insurance Customer Care since last 45 days but all in vain as there is nothing concrete or substantial result provided.

I, Mr. Abhishek Michal Raj holding a license no. DLFAP010838609 along with my dad Mr.Andrew and another co-worker Mr.Jaykrishna were traveling to Bangalore on an official work in my car with a registration number TS10EA0564(SKODA RAPID ELEggrr163E SEDAN MODEL).

At around 10:00 PM, near Somandepalle village(Outskirts of Bangalore) a stray dog jumped on to the middle of the road. Since we were traveling at a speed of 100 Kms/Hour, to avoid hitting the dog, I pulled my vehicle towards the left side of the highway. Suddenly another stray dog came out of nowhere. To avoid another accident, I swirled the car to the main road where the car hit the road median. Due to this, the car rolled over three times on the highway and fell of the side curb. Therefore, the car was completely damaged on all sides along with the front windshield. There were no external injuries sustained by my father and co-worker.

I called up the Skoda Customer care and reported the accident.

I called up Bajaj Allianz customer care team to inform them about the accident. However, their response and behavior towards me was horrendous. They lacked complete human empathy and apathy. I have just recovered from a life and death situation, and they rather than displaying a little empathy, I was rudely directed by the customer care agent to just walk up to the nearest police station and find the exact accident location and they HUNG UP on the call ON MY FACE!

The Car was handed over at the Skoda service center on 2nd April morning and till date they have not ordered the required parts of the car.
From 3rd April till date
Since past one month, there has been numerous follow ups over calls with Skoda and Bajaj Allianz Team regarding the service of my car. I have been made to run from pillar to post by Bajaj Allianz Team and Skoda.
I have been interacting with Mr. Aravind(07022894494) at aravinda.c@bajallianz.co.in.
Aravinda from Bajaj Allianz informed that Skoda has not given an estimate for repair. When I spoke to Mr.Arjun from Skoda, he stated that he has already forward the estimate and still waiting for approval from Bajaj Allianz. In the Drama between Skoda and Bajaj Allianz, my car is stuck in Skoda warehouse for more than a month now and they are yet to start any repair on my damaged car.
During my last conversation with Mr. Aravinda from BA on 11th May 2015, I was informed that he has to get approval from higher authority for body shell replacement.
Due to unavailability of my personal car, I am forced to use private transportation for my day to day activity which is an additional expense to my pocket.
Such delaying tactic between Skoda and Bajaj Allianz has caused lot of mental stress, trauma and agony to self and my family.
I am hereby presenting this claim as a formal complaint against SKODA and BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY for their lackadaisical approach towards a customer who has spent lakhs on purchasing a premium car from a Premier Manufacturer.
My complaint with the both of the above parties has not been heard or resolved to my complete satisfaction. Due to their utterless and disappointing customer service, I am undergoing mental trauma and agony.
If this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction and if my car is delivered to me within next few weeks, I will be forced to choose LEGAL ACTION against the above parties claiming for the painful experience I am facing completely.
