Hi, I am trying to contact bajaj-allianz for my car renewal policy from last 2 weeks but no one from bajaj allianz is ready to contact me.
I am really surprised that except bajaj-alianz every one else like tata-aig, reliance is trying to grab the customer but the bajaj-alianz customer service guys never. Now sure what this stupid people manages the customer.
Last week luckily I got a call from RUby, bajaj allianz webcell Pune unit and she explained me about the policy and amount 6515.00 rupees around and told me that some one will come and collect the docs.
Than same day Omar from bajaj-allianz local dealer came to collect the docs but he said the insurance is around 7200.00.
When I said I got a premium quote around 6515.00, he refused and said he will submit the docs only if I agree for 7200.00.
Any how after some argument he collected the doc and said if you get a call from webcell then he will see how the webcell guys are giving you policy in 6515.00. Its really a damn frustrating experience with bajaj-allianz.
I will wait till today evening for any call from bajaj-allianze or else will switch to tata-aig which provides very fast service.
