Worst service ever

I have motor insurance for 3 yrs. so pathetic that after renewing online, I never recieved policy document without multiple painful follow ups. For the last renewal done on nov 2014, I still does not have a policy document. I posted a complaint and not even an acknowledgement till now. Pathetic service. Not even recommended even if no other choice. It is as good as not having an insurance.


They are prompt in calling when the policy expires to get it renewed. But after, it really sucks with this company’s attitude. Imagine the situation if you have a claim!
