You cant register a complaint against delay!

I put a request for motor claim settlement on 3rdOct`12 in Bangalore.


The customer care people said they will inspect the vehicle within 24 hours and the workshop can start their work.


My vehicle is in workshop for one week and nobody from Bajaj Allianz  inspected the vehicle till now.


The workshop people started calling me & When I called the customer care to put a complaint, they said they dont have an option for putting complaint against delay & I have to contact the local office.I dont understand what kind of service provider is them where you cant even make a complaint.Anyway this will be the last time I will be renewing their policy. Even my last settlement with them took too much time and effort.
