Doesn't response customer service

Hi my name karthik from salem had taken car insurance through their websales team. I am supposed get insurance period starting from aug 2015, but they made it from sept 2015.


I have raised a ticket with websales team and waited for 15 days. Then when I called customer service, they said you have to raise another ticket with customer service, again I raised ticket with them and waited for another 15 days.


Still no response. I spoke to the line managers and sent mail to them.still no response. Finally oneday, when I asked to cancel my policy, still there is no response.WORST EVER INSURANCE COMPANY.CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THESE FRAUDS.
