Fraud insurance

Customer service is ok on toll free number but home branch landline number no proper response , , about claim settlement creating new issue new condition and hassash to insurser person so claim settlement is very bad , , , rate of preimum also bad as compare to other company range of plan is ok , , , staff attitude is ok but major thing is they taking to much time to settle the claim
