Plz don't buy Bajaj Allianz Car Insurance..

I had applied for renewal of my bajaj Allianz car insurance policy on 4 april 2102. My existing BA policy was going 2 expire on 5 April at midnight. The premium towards my car insurance was debited from my credit card on 4 april by Bajaj Allianz. They said that I wud receive the soft copy within 24 hrs (by 11am on 5 April).


I didnt receive any soft copy even by 5 april 8 pm. I emailed them and was given a complaint number 16968818. I called them up on 6 april and was told that they didnt see any renewal of my policy in their system. They asked them to send me the screenshot of the debited amount towards Bajaj Allianz from my credit card. I sent them the screenshot and was replied to by a Kinjal Dedhiya that I will rcv my soft copy on or before 7 april. Today it is 8 april ns still I haven’t received any soft copy yet.


Who is responsible for the insurance of my car if I meet up with my accident since my existing car policy expired on 5 april. My car today is 3 days without a car policy. I can’t take my car out coz traffic police checks are very frequent in the area I live. Who is responsible for this mess then? I wud recommend to the car owners to please opt from insuring their car with Bajaj Allianz car insurance


The attached pix shows the credit card statement showing the premium debited by Bajaj Allianz and the email from Kinjal Dedhiya assuring me that I will rcv my copy on or before 7 april.
