Bajaj allianz

*Bajaj is very slow and not at all good service. The customer needs to follow up for renewals and claims. The mail bounces from the info@bajajallianz.co.in and no reply.


*My Santro GLS car KA04 ME 5303 got stolen last year on 4-7-08 and I registered a claim with Bajaj insurance on 5-7-08.The Policy no of the car is OG081701180100014762.


I got my car back after few months, the same was informed at office and a representative from your office came and got some documents signed for no claims pending for the Car theft but told me someone will come and do an inspection and get me the claims for the Dents and broken windshield. But this will happen only whenI get the copy of RC and insurance. When I called branch office for renewing the insurance they told me since you don’t have any documents we can’t renew the insurance.


Now I have got My RC back. I have again called up customer services and ref no is 34321756.


let’s see.
