This is not only a review but to inform you the do nots with the bajaj Allianz& how I felt badly with the bajaj team.
I took an online two wheeler policy on 02 September 2017 via online aishwaryasingh23ment. After they sent me the details in online and told you will get the hard copy within 7 days. Just after 10 days I called them, but they told like contact some other team, they doesnt have access to check hard copy distribution. So as they instructed I sent email to websales@bajajallianz.co.in, but unfortunately didnt get any reply. I tried their online chat platform also same kind of experience in the beginning of policy itself. They are more interested to call you and helping, helping and helping to join and to take a policy. If you taken the policy, they will not reach you, they are getting more safer not you. This really happening. See the attachment how they are contacting, later no reply
