Once I claimed a policy in Bajaj Allianz as my my friend works in this insurance . He explained that we will have many benefits through this policy. So we had 4 premiums that we will get benefits after 5years . We had cleared total premiums accordingly. After 5 years when we went back we don’t have any benefits and they had not given what we payee too .
The customer service is really worse. Staff are irresponsible. All the plans are fake. So I suggest people to not to believe blindly.
