I made payment three times on 22.08.2020 to get the Car Insurance Policy. Every time money Rs. 18, 413/-(total Rs. 55, 239/-) deducted from my account, but B. A. G. I. did not issue the policy. At last, after wait for two days, I purchased the Policy from another company. Now, when I am trying for refund of deducted amount, their customer care did not pick up my phone. If some time pick up the phone, after knowing my grievance, they keep me on hold for whole day without any solution. Kindly anybody guide me, how can I lodge police complain against them. Even they have issued Receipt No., Txn. No. and Service Request No., but they are not refunding my money even after 15 days.
