I had Bajaj Allianz Insurance 2012 for my Brand New Skoda This car did not get the necessary claim amount. “Bunch of Cowboys, all they Do just Rob you”.
They don’t have a basic manners of speaking to customers. Claims settlement Manager- Damodharan at Bangalore India is not having basic skills to communicate with Customer. He is psycho and adamant and unfit to serve customer as representative on behalf of Bajaj Allianz. I had a terrible experience with this person. Very poor Service to Customer. Totally dissatisfied.
Friends, be careful. I did not have an option to rate them as very poor and disgusting.
