I had taken Bajaj Allianz invest plus policy in year 2009, due to some reason I want to surrender it. Surrender value in my account login was showing Rs.103031/- until 5th April 2013. But after some system upgrade post 8th April its showing rs. 101035/-
Mine is traditional policy and value never decreases. Visited their branch 5 times. Wasting time fighting to get my correct money value. Customer focus unit confirmed correct value but surrender team at Head office is denying the same. Same company peoples confirming different value. DISGUSTING.

So people be careful and don’t take this company’s policy.
