It’s more than 10 days after claim registration but still I am waiting for surveyor to come and inspect my vehicle. My car is getting more damaged due parked unattended in front of garage.
Their roadside assistance also took 16 hours to come for help.
I am getting daily calls from Bajaj Allianz for renewal of my policy but not a single for my help and when I am calling to their helpline numbers they give another number so now I hv so many numbers but not a single number is able to solve my query.
Such a pathetic service by any insurance company is not acceptable.
