Corporate Health Insurance

We have taken a Bajaj Group Health Insurance for our employees. These are the problems we have faced:




  1. We have had 4 relationship managers handling our case so far - none of whom seem interested or well informed.




  2. In addition to this, there have been 3 other people who handle operations.




  3. Each of the ’so-called’ Relationship managers have given us different information regarding our policy - causing terrible grievances among our employees.




  4. I do not think they have a system of ONE relationship manager. Once they have got the premium amount, it is up to us to beg and plead for any information we need from them. They do not show initiative or pro-activeness. I have sent a mail and 2 reminders for the same but not got the right reply even now. All I am asking for is a confirmation on some basic points regarding the policy.






Finally they have replied with only 2 of my requirements but ignored the more important part of the mail. I do not know where to go now to get some correct information about our policy. Out of the 3 mobile numbers I have, 2 of them are either switched off or never picked up. The 3rd one picks up once in a while and promises to answer and then promptly forgets about me until I call him again.




  1. Unfortunately we are stuck with this policy for the time being. As soon as it expires, we are moving to another company. I would recommend you not to go for this product / company, at any cost.




  2. This is with regard to their Delhi offices.




  3. I have checked on their website for any contact number for customer service / feedback etc. There is nothing. There are several ways to BUY a policy but not even ONE way to serve the customers who have already bought the policy.






I would sincerely WARN you against buying any policy from Bajaj Allianz.
