I warn anybody who is going abroad with Bajaj Allianz as their Insurance Provider NOT TO TRUST them. Their service is pathetic.
When the Hospital I visited for my ailment tried to contact them, the unprofessional staff was clueless and unresponsive. I had to pay all my bills. I myself could not contact Bajaj Allianz for any of the basic services that they had promised to fulfill because they coudn’t respond to my calls for 3 days. When they eventually answered my call they informed me that their insurance cover is applicable in all Hospitals in USA. The hospital I went to, is one of the most reliable in the city I live in.
They couldn’t even properly respond to the queries of the Hospital Staff in english! The US telephone number was unreachable. There was absolutely no way for my Hospital Staff to contact Bajaj - Allianz and verify my details. Stay away from this pathetic, irresponsible and unresponsive insurance provider.
