Please DO NOT take any BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE Policy. I took UNIT GAIN PLUS GOLD Policy.
After the lockin period of 3 years I went to surrender the policy.
I was shocked to say the least -- SURRENDER CHARGES OF 48.83% of the initial Premium Money, which was never mentioned in the bond.
My premium was 12000/- PA for 10 years, but the bond says BASIC SUM ASSURED of 60000/- ONLY.
If i’m paying 12000/- pa for 10 years I should get SUM ASSURED OF 120000/- what I have invested.
No body seems to have an answer for that , I was fed upto asking them everytime.
Number 2 : Customer care executives who will never answer, IVR will tell you our executives are busy please press # for callback, hell no one does, they even have chat facility that will never work.
I would give a ZERO on a point scale of TEN
ALL IN ALL STUPID POLICY , STUPID CUSTOMER SERVICE, WASTE OF MONEY & TIME.
