this is the details of my policy. Bajaj Allianz company is not responding properly to the queries asked. when we ask they say claim dont cover it. but when the policy was sold its been told that policy dont cover pre-existing disease and now they claim all the diseases are pre-existing.
I feel only doctors can purchase these claims as they can make out your terms and conditions. its better dont purchase policies and waste time. I have purchased policy for every one at home and was not aware that they dont cover anything
The sales person who comes to sell the claim will not have knowledge explain the policy properly. They lie to get their sales done. I want to complain against the sales person who came to sell the product. He told normal health check ups can also be claimed which are above 1000 Rs. Now we cant cover anything from the policy as there were multiple problems which policy holder had, some can be covered according to the terms and conditions but there is no one to guide us.
Its simply better to not to purchase policy than running around to claim later. They harass you for long time and say we will not give your claim.
I have been waiting for my originals from past one moth which am suppose to use for other claims. They are not responding for my calls and mails properly, person who is replying mail has no authority to take decision he know to say sorry for the delay.
