Their premium is high compared to other insurance companies.
Their customer support lacks even basic knowledge and they will always try to toggle you to different departments to harass you.
Their whatsapp number is useless. They dont answer to your complaints via emails or twitter.
Even the insurance regulatory authority is helpless infront of them as they have only limited powers. They have been kept weak i suppose so that companies like bajaj allianz can harass you without any consequencez.
Dont go just by thrir name. I have done that mistake and still suffering.
Claims- They dont settle your claims promptly as mentioned on many websites.
You can go to twitter and find out yourself the misery these customer are suffering.
