Be alert, I had invested with Bajaj as a reputed Indian brand and paid my all premiums in time. being all premiums paid I was happy enough but, then scam started by Bajaj Empoyee. I received a call from Bajaj office in Pune fro their Employee Shrikant Itankar, as a Bajaj Employee I have entertained him and as requested confirmed for meeting in my office. He have shown concerns with the old policy and offered shifting old policy to a new policy. looking at the information provided I have agreed to switch my old policy to new policy and documentation started. During process Bajaj employee have processed through my mobile and sitting in my office all formalities completed. As per decided first premium transferred from old policy and rest of premiums were supposed to be paid through same policy.
When it come to next premium payment from Bajaj Allianz, . Bajaj have refused to pay and told me that my earlier polcy is surrendered with loss of Rs. 155000. and if you don’t want to loose your new policy premium then pay balance premium without creating any issues.
As I complain about their employee, Bajaj have confirmed that Shrikant Itankar was their employee but, as he left from company we can do nothing. this way BAJAJ ALLIANZ have minted additional Rs. 155000 from me and not ready to listen or consider any of my request.
I have lost through fraud from BAJAJ ALLIANZ, it is highly impossible to run such racket without senior peoples agreement and on the name of sales target BAJAJ ALLINZ employees are making frauds with customers. I am not the only one and there are other customers trapped by BAJAJ like this.
DO NOT BELIEVE ON BAJAJ ALLIANZ for any of your investment and better go with government institutions.
