Recently I was in my native place, Bajaj allianz has cheated poorest of the poor by falsifying facts about policies. One of our relative bought a policy from his friend The policy was sold to him like this,
Pay Rs. 2000/- per month for 5 years
Get Rs. 40, 00, 000 as insurance against life till 60 years
Get Rs.4, 000 per month from 10th year (10 years from policy starting) onwards till death.
But the policy terms were totally different , when the agent was contacted there is no response.
In another case, a middle aged person has died due to due to heart failure, he was covered under Bajaj allianz, he passed away one year back and still the kith and kin are awaiting compensation plus there are counter police cases (Criminal) against Bajaj allianz and the insured persons kith and kin.
My own brother who was also duped in one policy sold it off after three years and lost Rs.80, 000 as well.
I was shocked, in rural areas, Bajaj Allianz has sold many policies by misleading people who can’t read and write.
Bajaj is notorious group, even in motorcycles the exhaust pipe has glasswool, this is dangerous substance and environmentally harmful...
