I had taken a policy for my sister since 2007. The policy plan is BAJAJ ALLIANZ NEW UNITGAIN PLUS-SP. We have option to redeem the policy and get the money as per current value of Unit after deduction of applicable charges.
I went to their office for redemption of the policy in my sisters account with requited documents. But they refussed to do so by giving their security policy reasons. According to them the policy holders should be present for verification purpose. I had given the option for video call ( as my sister is married and lives in small town from where she cant come) . But they are not ready to listen and encash in my Sisters Bank Account. I dont know why are they so rigid in relation to their policy. This just making their Customer frustated and make them never do the policy again and try others to avoid doing so.
I hope my problem would be solved and I would get my demanded solution in compliance with their policy.
