I applied for a home loan in Bank. They got a report from CIBIL stating that I have an two wheeler loan overdue.
I had send the a query to CIBIL stating the control number regarding the overdue. I got a reply from CIBIL stating that the loan shown on my name has been taken from BAJAJ AUTO Finance. with the ACCOUNT INFO.
I contacted Bajaj Auto Finance Customer Care(number 18002092235) and to discover that a loan has been taken in the name of a person with a similar name of mine which does not match with mine, for purchasing a Discover 135 bike. The address which has been mention in the loan papers was at that of some place in Allahabad. The paper which has been submitted has my pan number, which I suspect to be have been forged by the person who took the loan.
Bajaj gave loan to the person without verifying the integrity of the documents submitted by applicant.
I reiterate that I have not taken any loan and I do not own any Bajaj bike till date. I also want to say that I never changed my name and it has always been read as given in the PAN. Further, I am resident of Ghaziabad and not of Allahabad as mentioned in the data furnished by Baja Auto finance. This is a case of fraud which has been done with my pan number.
I request bajaj finance to submit a scanned copy of the documents submitted for the loan clearly showing the PAN card and as well as an image of the applicant on the form but, all my words have fallen def to their ears. I have yet not received any reply from them.
Guys, I warn you to refrain yourself from Bajaj Auto finance and these people crossed the limit of carelessness. They could not even check the Integrity of the documents submitted by an applicant which can be very dangerous for any one who takes loan from them.
