I took a loan on june 2009 from BAFL for my pulsar 150 CC bike I paid the loan and after paying the EMIs loan got over, then I got a mail stating that there is a due of Rs 2500, problem started from then a executive comes n asks for the payment and after paying the cash, to give the receipt he tells theres a problem with the printer and he has entered the details in the system so either he cant give the cash back nor the receipt n then he said hell give the receipt next day but to collect that receipt I would have followed them atleast a month and I got the receipt after going near to a executives house which is bit sad thing to tell.
So theres no point in talking abt customer service in this case, then they told that within 15 days ill get my NOC but now almost 3months got over still theres no response from them and if I call them every time I get diff wierd answers from them and its really pain and stress for working class guy to go behind them to check the NOC status , so dis msg is to tell all people that dont make any payment unless and until everything is cleared from there side .and please take care" its not the matter of money the tension and stress they create is worst"
