This is an update to my review of the below one.
recently I got to catch up handlebar to handlebar with the granddaddy of all bikes in the world.The "Harley Davidson".awesome bike, no comparing to any bike at all.
But I was very surprised to see the 2 models.Superlow and Street Bob.since my avenger resembled them a lot.
I had 3 encounters wherein one was with superlow, 2 times with street bob.and even the harley owners were confused to see "Avenger" standing next to their bike and resembling truly.
In terms of luks and only "Luks".does the Avenger match somewhere to the Harley styling.leave the techs apart.since in our nation.Mileage is first goal to achieve.i would say avenger is truly the right cruiser to own and enjoy if u cannot seriously afford a Harley.which is what I exactly feel.
People still dont tend to correctly understand a "cruiser" and a Royal Enfield.dont compare.and plz understand the difference.
I would advise all potential or even resistant buyers.if they have access to Harley showroom.go visit ur dream cruiser and if u cant buy a Harley.u can certainly own the "Avenger" and say.Feel like.thnx God.till u can actually buy a Harley.

Hi,
I bought Bajaj Avenger a few time back.the new 220 oil cooled model.
Coming to terms now.
Overall it is a gud "CRUISER" to ride.the rider seat is excellent.feels like sitting on a couch.
Handlebars are placed at optimum distance.one doesnt have to reach for them.
The footpegs are placed correctly.giving the body a gud riding posture and comfort.
Mileage of the bike is okay since it has the 220 mill.average is about 35-40 km/l.which I deem is okay for a cruiser bike.
Now after much turmoil and riding the bike.i came to conclusion that this bike is a real CRUISER bike.it gives u the feel, the power.the luk of what a real cruiser gives.
Riding the bike at low speeds of 30-40 in the city makes u feel way too relaxed.braking and stalling the bike is not a trouble and u dont get bored riding at low speed.rather u enjoy it more on this bike than u cud on any other bike.
Since it is oil cooled.so it gives a greater ride distance without wanting to stop much.
The pillion seat is comfortable too.thanx to the backrest.which rests the back at the very correct point and pillion also enjoys the ride.
It is not a mix of sport and cruisers like the other 350cc bikes running.which are a mix of both.since cruisers are usually low slung only.
Negatives are:
The bike cud have had bigger tyres than the ones provided.instead of 17 and 15 inches.2 inches more could have added wonders to the bike.in terms of giving it a bulkier look. The horn cud be improved.at least double ones.when Bajaj pushed the 220 of pulsar in it.then 2 horns as well could be pushed. Rear brake cud have been tuned a bit more to give instant stop. Overall if u r looking for a real cruiser like performance without any hassles and are not obsessed with any branding of RE.u shud go only for this one then. Fit n finish of the bike is as usual gud from Bajaj’s stable. Going to update my review as soon as I get it cruising on the highway. N PLZ DO RATE THE REVIEW AND COMMENT ABOUT IT.
