I have just reached 20, 000KM and I would like to share my experience, more over this is my first review so kindly excuse if I am wrong. After lot of confusions, I decided to go for avenger. I felt very difficult to ride this bike for 2-days because of the gear shifting(previously I was driving with splender). I think beginners should be more careful in handling this bike.
Few points which is categorized:
Look: - We can say its different from other bikes Indian bikes.
Braking: Its good and if you are about to stop your bike, its better not to apply the brakes continuously at one shot. While driving in traffic try to use front brake. One should be very careful when applying the brakes other than proper roads.
When riding in the roads which is having ups-Down u can simply glide at a minimal speed. while over taking its better to overtake at 4th gear, after overtaking shift to 5th gear. I have read from some review , "the gear shifting from 4th to 5th is not smooth". Drag the vehicle upto its maximum in 4th gear then shift to 5th gear shifting will be smooth.
Mirrors: The side mirrors will be bit problem with his vehicle, but it can be made ready by adjusting the handlebar lower or higher.
I think most of us will be riding the vehicle by wearing the shoes, its better to check the left leg shoe lace and tug it within the shoe because some times when you ride in traffic it may get struck with the gear liver which is more dangers, even it will push the liver to neutral.
Maintenance: Just know I found my bike horns is not working properly and myself repaired it. And its better to know some basic maintenance tips.
Battery: This is our bikes one of the main part. Till now I have never felt any problem. I can just start my vehicle in single button push- even if I parked my vehicle in rain and about back rest, it adds great look for this bike, and also the person sitting will be more comfort. These are my few points about my bike avenger and I will again update.
