Excellent in Look, stylish and comfortable in ride. One can go for long rides. So, for those who have passion for long rides Avenger is a dependable stylish Byke.
The pillion rider comfort is also commendable. Those of you who have the passion for keeping your Booby on the pillion and get your earlobes sucked and bitten, or whatsoever, the raised pillion seat is excellent. However, please beware, you are likely to lose balance as the steering control aspect is very poor. Like in the old Jawa/Yeze Motorcycles and unlike in Bullet/Thunderbird, the handle is not full-turn.
Fuel efficiency is not bad, though not as good as, fill it-shut it-forget it category, but OK; You can expect about 45 kms./litre in city conditions, if you are not a short-braker and abrupt accellator yourself.
Colours are excellent; I own a Red colour byke, which I prefer the best of the 5 colour choice. However, the plated portions started rusting even though it got drenched hardly. When the Manufacturer term it as a HIGH END BYKE, and they charge Rs. 75, 000/-, they should have ensured that all the steel/crome plated accessories in stainless steel. This is one of a major and dissappointing lacking I have observed.
Rear Brake is not dependable. If the rider is not very perfect in braking, using both the brakes, there are every chances of failure of braking. Equally a great danger involved is skidding when applying both brakes as the frong brake being disk brake, the application is abrupt in case of front brake while the rear drum brake, is very slow, comparatively, resulting into total failure of braking system, as a whole.
