Good Bike but Bad Service From Bajaj

I had bought a new Avenger from Sai Service on 28th May 2010, and found my fuel gauge defective. I wrote a mail to Bajaj on 30th May 2010 but still haven’t received any reply . It was certainly disappointing to know that the a new bike comes with a defective fuel gauge and to be honest the main incentive to me for purchasing the new bike was I get good and quality product but Bajaj failed to fulfil my expectation.


It is quite unprofessional to see no revert with a call for so long. I fail to understand why it is taking so long to call me in spite of me calling them thrice and every time the call centre executive promising that I will receive call in 48 hours. Am wondering whether the Bajaj team believes in the principles of after sales support to retain customers and realises the importance of word of mouth!


Please beware before you buy any Bajaj Product
