WHT ELSE COULD U ASK 4 !!!

A powerful and deadly pulsar 180cc engine ............................

..in a very sexy ELIMINATOR’S body ............................

a FEEL LIKE GOD!!...........................

....a cruiser to ride ........ ..an affordable ’’67k’’ price tag ( just 1k more than pulsar 180)

and a million faces turned mesmerized !!!.............

WHT ELSE COULD U ASK 4 !!!!!.

bajaj AVENGER has it all ............. the most stylish and VFM(value 4 money) bike

hello guyz & girls ................. this is my first review abt my first bike which has bcome my first luv

Whn I finally decided 2 buy a bike I thought of PULSAR ( 150 & 180 both) , KARIZMA & AVENGER…

as the maintainence cost of karizma is very high and the mileage is very low 30-40..........i dropped it 4m my shopping list........................

thn whn I went to bajaj showroom in SURAT I learnt that the launch of avenger has stopped the sale of pulsar 180 & eliminator!!!

so I was left with pulsar 150 & avenger....

my priorities were :

a) a powerful beast with a decent mileage ( I have 2 travel 12 kms daily)

b) a very stylish bike

c) comfortable

d) unique lk me

though pulsar 150 satisfies the first 2 conditions up 2 some extent but it’s back seat is not at all comfortable and it has bcome the most common bike on road

i fear tht it will soon overtake splendor and rickshaws!!

so I thought abt AVENGER (unaware of it’s price).............but it was not available in surat and I had no means of test riding it ............i had 2 directly order it all the way 4m baroda (300km away) ........

and I couldn’t just order it without even seeing it…………… but sadly I had not seen even a single avenger in this so called DIOMOND CITY...................whnever I thought I saw one and went near it, it was an Eliminimator....

(

((but don’t kNow why after my purchase I have seen a dozen in the city ..............INSPIRATION PERHAPS..))))

so I half heartedly decided 2 go for a red pulsar 150 .........................

but as destiny had it ................

whn I went 2 the showroom 2 ask 4 the quotation of pulsar..............i saw a red avenger parked there ...................I WAS just shocked and couldn’t lift my eyes off this beauty

so I decided to give it a second chance and I found out there was anothr showroom a little distance away and whn I enquired there

they told me tht they had a red avenger was availble 4 test ride wich had arrived on tht day itself.........

i rushed 2 the showroom .......... saw this beauty test rided it and booked it there itself...

AFTER 2 DAYS MY AVENGER ARRIVED…..AND NOW IT HAS COMPLETED 45 DAYS WITH ITS FIRST SERVICING DONE….

MY EXPERIENCE TILL NOW::::

CONS :

nothing grt as such but the lack of a fuel gauge is a little disappointing ……..but hey it has a 3.5 l reserve capacity so no need 2 worry!!

the ignition switch is 2 low but u will get used 2 it ….

the gearbox smtimes stucks a little in between ( a usual bajaj hereditary problem)

PROS:

as it is my first bike I found it a little difficult to handle with its powerful engine, 5 gears, heavey wt (152 kg) and a larger turning radius …….and ignition switch at the bottom(UNDERTAKER’S STYLE)

but in 2 days I got adjusted and and now I have crossed the 1000km mark in just 42 days

and havegone to max. speed of 105km/hr

I even had a little accident where I nearly fell down with the bike ..but believe me there was not even a single scratch on my or it’s body ……………the safest bike also, it seems

3 cheers to bajaj…..

I have changed the avnger’s T-shaped handle with a true cruiser handle and have added a pair of good looking saddlebags …………………I just have 2 change the name 2 declare it as a new Harley Davidson!!!!

believe me everytime I ride this bike people gaze at me and keep asking me it’s cost………even the bhaiyas sitting at the petrol pump…………

..and believe me if u say it’s a 1 lakh bike they will believe u just change the avenger’s tag!!!!

It’s a grt comfort 2 ride ………..u can ride it all day feeling as if u r sitting on a sofa and playing a videogame with all the opponent bikes passing away at just one touch of the accelerator ……

It was giving me a decent mileage of 45 b4 servicing and now it is giving 50-52……….cm mon it’s a 180cc engine….

I have also driven THUNDERBIRD which no doubt is more powerful and costly too (92k) but as far as the feel is concerned there is no one at its par…

comparing to all indian cruisers it is best in the class ....................Enticer with its 125cc engine and not-so-dashing looks like a pseudo-cruiser ..........eliminator is out..........aquila too too expensive (1.5 lakh expensive).............and bullets they r a diff segment....

Let me tell u something very interesting ……………..bajaj Kawasaki eliminator has a 175cc engine with its price of 92k but how come avenger with the same body and with same power b cheaper????................

actually due the grt resemblance in the pulsar 150 & 180 twins people preferred 150 due to a better mileage …so the sales of 180 dropped ……………

and bajaj came up with the amazing idea of putting this powerful engine in the eliminators ’s body whose earlier Kawasaki engine was imported and hence was costing 30k more………………

how..zzzat!!!

SO ALL OF U PLANNING TO BUY A NEW BIKE AND READY TO SHED 67K

THIS IS IS THE BEST BET!!!

GO GET IT AND FEEL LIKE GOD!!!

AND PLZZZZ..... IF U LIKE THIS REVIEW DON’T FORGET 2 RATE IT.........
