Hi all ....just to point some of the negatives about the avenger...
Nice bike with lots of comfort agreed ..but the comfort is only for the rider ...for someone sitting on the back seat it is a nightmare, especially on roads of PUNE.... rear shocker’s are pathetic...the best comparison would be a 15 year old BAJAJ scooter.....
another big flaw in the design is the nickle covered petrol tank lid ...during noon time when the sun is exactly above ur head it reflects the sunlight to ur eyes ... this is a big big issue ..coz it makes driving highly uncomfortable during day time (noon).
some thing’s about the service station of PUNE ....man these ppl just do the servicing for the sake of it ...all the complaints remain as they are when u come back to take ur bike ...although small but these ppl I think wait for the customer to re iterate the complaints ....
also one major thing missing with the design is the fule indicator...these ppl say that they dont have space then I would suggest them to check thunder bird...where the milometer and the fule indicator are merged.....
another major defect is the rear view mirrors ...i could hardly see anything beyond my shoulders in the mirror.
