I purchased avenger 220. Bike is above the expectations but the worst part is customer service people at the Bajajs one of the Oldest Dealer, Bagga Link. I wanted a win-shield to be fixed, to my astonishment they are asking for advance payment after 10 days they will fit the accessory as if they are purchasing from someone else.
I am not able to understand why they are asking for advance for this petty accessory. Are BAJAJ Guys listening ? Is the value of customer they are having ?
